Emergency Alerts

 
 

Urgent red alerts can be directed to emergency operators who will call the person and, if needed, their designated family members, carers or the emergency services. QuietCare is the only system that will automatically raise an alert if:

  1. -the previous day’s activity levels are lower than normal

  2. -there is a reduction in meal preparation activity

  3. -there are changes to night time bathroom visits

  4. -there has been a fall or incident in the bathroom

  5. -there was no morning bedroom exit

  6. -the person has left the house at night

  7. -the ambient room temperature is high or low

  8. -there has been a power cut or a telephone fault
